Spare Parts Puppet Theatre returns to the Dolphin Theatre, UWA for their next production, Rules of Summer. Adapted from the award-winning book by Shaun Tan, Rules of Summeris an immersive, interactive, and multi-sensory puppetry work. The Vintage Machinery Rally at the Waroona Show Ground is the biggest vintage machinery rally in the south west. This one-day event attracts exhibitors and enthusiasts from across WA to showcase working vintage stationary engines, vintage tractors, motor bikes, cars, old tools, arts, crafts, quilting, weaving, spinning and old sewing machines.
Perth Makers Market, an exclusively handmade only market in Applecross, will be taking place on Sunday 24 September, 9.30am - 3.30pm. Offering 150 stalls including woodwork, toys, clothing, art, sculpture and more there are plenty of beautiful items to see (and buy!).
Come along, join our party and enjoy Faber's warm hospitality at one of the Swan Valleys leading wineries. There will be plenty to eat, drink and enjoy on the day including wine masterclasses, free tastings, meet the winemaker, barrel tastings, vineyard tours and more.

Nine eclectic artists from across Australia make Perth’s inner city precinct Cathedral Square home for 12 days from 26 September – 7 October for the fifth installation of Proximity Festival. Audiences can experience three separate programs of 20-minute performances across private and public spaces in the Perth Town Hall, The State Buildings, St Georges Cathedral and surrounds, each offering unique and intimate encounters.
Fremantle Prison is WA's only World Heritage listed building and one of the State's premier tourist attractions. So why not take the kids these school holidays? These school holidays kids enjoy a 4km return walk along the Bibbulmun Track to a typical campsite where they learn camp cooking on Tuesday 27 September. In a beautiful bush setting children will learn camp cooking through hands-on experience and make things like damper and pizza!
