City of South Perth
Soil health, microbes, composting and worm farming will be explored in a free workshop series taking place across Perth as part of National Science Week celebrations in August. The Soil Secrets series includes a free presentation by Dr Monica Gagliano from the University of Western Australia and local scientists from Hydrosoil.
The 2017 winter season will see Bib & Tucker host a series of events with Scott Bridger, Executive Chef of Bib & Tucker and May Street Larder, at the helm along with a variety of special guests. The next in the series on Tuesday 8 August, is a Truffle, Wine & Cheese Dinner.

Perth's premiere tarmac rally the Quit Targa West will be bringing heart pumping motorsport action back to Perth and surrounds from 10 - 13 August. Over 60 vehicles from a range of eras will take on some of Perth's most iconic roads for this family-friendly must see motorsport event. Over 34 stages to see over the four days, all for free.
